Abstract
''PROCESSO PARA A PREPRAÇÃO DE UMA FORMULAÇÃO GRANULAR PARA COMPRESSÃO EM TABLETES FARMACÊUTICOS, COMPOSIÇÃO GRANULAR ESFÉRICA SUBSTANCIALMENTE POROSA E TABLETES FARMACÊUTICOS COMPRIMIDOS''. A presente invenção fornece um processo para preparar uma formulação granular compressível secada por borrifamento para qualquer tabletes farmacêuticos em que celulose hidrolisada é usada como um ajudante de granulação, as granulações resultantes, e tabeltes farmacêuticos comprimidos de tais grânulos. Nestas formulações é empregado de 1 a 97% em peso de ativo farmacêutico, de cerca de 3 a 99% em peso de celulose hidrolisada, baseado no peso seco da granulação, e opcionalmente convencionais aditivos formadores de tabletes e/ou granulações tais como tensoativos, desintegrantes e anti-aderentes/ajudantes de fluxo.
