Abstract
"DERIVADOS DE FENILETANOLAMINOTETRALINCARBOXAMIDA". Derivado de feniletanolaminotetralincarboxamida representado pela fórmula geral (I): (I) e sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos, em que A representa alquileno inferior, B representa amino, di(alquila inferior) amino ou amino alicíclico de 3 a 7 membros, que podem conter oxigênio no anel; o átomo de carbono com asterístico representa um átomo de carbono com a configuração R ou S ou uma mistura destes átomos; e o átomo de carbono rotulado com (S) representa um átomo de carbono com uma configuração S. Estes compostos tem efeitos estimulantes de receptor ~ 2~ - adrenérgicos enquanto reduzindo o esforço sobre o coração, como taquicardia, e são utilizáveis como preventivos para o nascimento prematuro e ameaça de aborto, broncodilatador, e agentes para remissão e litogogos para cálculos urinários.
