Abstract
DESINFECÇÃO TÉRMICA DE SEMENTES . A invenção refere-se a um processo de tratamento térmico para desinfecção de sementes em relação a patógenos e outros fungos e bactérias indesejáveis, o processo sendo caracterizado por fornecer às sementes calor não carregado por água enquanto regulando o tempo e temperatura de tratamento com relação à condição e teor de umidade das sementes de tal modo que as sementes são aquecidas do lado externo e interno, enquanto a evaporação da umidade da superfície da semente, e devido a isto, resfriamento da mesma é evitado e não ocorre nenhuma alteração no teor de umidade.
