A invenção consiste em um artigo absorvente descartável (20), o qual cobre determinadas partes do corpo do usuário e que compreende uma área de carga, uma área de armazenamento, bem como uma área de chassi, pelo que o artigo absorvente é dotado de um valor de hidratação específico da pele, calculado a partir dos valores de hidratação de pele individuais das áreas respectivas.
