Patente de Invenção para "PRODUTOS FARMACEUTICOS DE PEPTIDEO ORAIS" A biodisponibilidade de agentes de peptideo orais a serem administrados é intensificada por uma composição farmacêutica que proporciona liberação objetivada do peptideo para o intestino em virtude de um veiculo de proteção resistente à ácido que transporta componentes da invenção através do estômago. A composição inclue um intensificador de absorção e uma quantidade suficiente de um agente de abaixamento de pH para abaixar o pH intestinal local. Todos os componentes são liberados juntos no intestino com o peptideo.
