Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA A MODULAÇÃO IMUNOLÓGICA BASEADA EM PEPTÍDEOS E ADJUVANTES". Composição farmacêutica, contendo pelo menos um peptídeo ou uma proteína (fragmento) de ação imunomodulatória junto com um coadjuvante. O peptídeo é derivado de um causador patogênico ou de um antígeno de tumor. O coadjuvante tem a capacidade, de aumentar a ligação do peptídeo nas células do indivíduo a ser tratado ou a entrada do peptídeo nas células e causar um reforço do efeito imunomodulatório do peptídeo. Coadjuvantes preferidos são poliaminoácidos básicos, como poliarginina ou polilisina, que são eventualmente conjugadas com um ligante celular, por exemplo, um radical carbohidrato ou transferrin. A composição serve principalmente para a aplicação como vacina, por exemplo, como vacina de tumor.
