Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAR UM DISPOSITIVO, AQUECEDOR E DISPOSITIVO EXIBIDOR". Um processo no qual um dispositivo exibidor tendo uma parte (4) compreendendo uma primeira parede (43) e uma segunda parede (44) é fabricado, cuja parte (41) é aquecida durante o tratamento térmico por irradiação unilateral com calor por intermédio de radiadores de calor (35). O processo é caracterizado pelo fato do tratamento térmico adicionalmente compreender medidas que levam um fluido (53) a ser alimentado além da superfície externa da primeira parede (43) para remover calor da superfície externa e/ou medidas que levam um fluido a ser alimentado além da superfície interna da segunda parede (44) para fornecer calor à segunda superfície. Em uma concretização, a superfície interna da segunda parede (44) é munida de um revestimento absorvente de calor (48). De preferência, os radiadores de calor (35) emitem radiação eletromagnética tendo um comprimento de onda abaixo de 3µm.
