Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO CONDUTORA TRANSPARENTE, CAMADA CONDUTORA TRANSPARENTE FORMADA DA MESMA E SEU PROCESSO DE MANUFATURA. Uma composição condutora transparente, uma camada condutora transparente formada da composição e um processo de manufatura da mesma são supridos. A composição contêm uma partícula condutora transparente, alcóxido de metal [M~ 1~(OR)~ 4~]; partícular de metal (M~ 2~), seus sais (M~ 2~X) e um catalisador. Aqui o alcóxido de metal [M~ 1~(OR)~ 4~], é selecionado do grupo que consiste de Si(OR)~ 4~, Sn(OR)~ 4~, onde R é alcoila C~ 1~-C~ 4~ e o metal (M~ 2~) é pelo menos selecionado do grupo que consiste de prata (Ag), ouro (Au), platina (Pt), cobre (Cu), níquel (Ni), chumbo (Pb), cobalto (Co), ródio (Rh), rutênio (Ru) e estanho (Sn) e X é um selecionado do grupo que consiste de cloreto, nitrato e sulfonato. Assim, uma camada condutora transparente tendo condutividade, transmitância e dureza aperfeiçoadas pode ser obtida através do processo e sinterização em baixa temperatura.
