Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE ANEL ROTATIVO PARA FIAÇÃO". Uma estrutura de anel rotativo para fiação para uso em um equipamento de fiação ou similar compreende como componentes principais um tubo estacionário (22) rigidamente apoiado em um anel de suporte (7), um anel de deslizamento (25), um conjunto do tubo rotativo (26) apoiado para girar pelo anel de deslizamento no tubo estacionário, e um mecanismo de balanceamento incorporado ao conjunto de tubo rotativo. O conjunto do tubo rotativo (26) compreende um corpo tubular rotativo (28) fabricado de um material de resina sintética antiestática, um anel de frenagem circular (36) fabricado de um material de resina sintética antiestática e unido ao corpo tubular rotativo (28), e uma tampa de proteção (30) feita de um material de resina sintética antiestática e posta em uma porção média do corpo tubular rotativo. Cada um dos materiais de resinas sintéticas antiestática que formam o corpo tubular rotativo, o anel de frenagem e a tampa de proteção é uma mistura de resina sintética, fibras, pó ou flocos de um material condutivo, tal como carbono, e tem baixa resistividade de volume.
