Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA INIBIR O CRESCIMENTO DE CÉLULAS DE MAMÍFEROS E A MONTAGEM DE MICROTÚBULOS E PARA TRATAR UMA DOENÇA QUE RESPONDE À INIBIÇÃO DA MITOSE, E, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". É descrito um processo para inibir o crescimento de células de mamíferos. O processo usa compostos conhecidos como N-acetonilarilamidas. Foi demonstrado que os compostos inibem mitose celular e inibem a montagem de microtúbulos. O processo pode ser usado para tratar doenças associadas com rápido crescimento celular, particularmente câncer. Os compostos usados no processo da presente invenção podem ser usados em combinação com outras terapias e podem ser administrados por técnicas conhecidas para administração de drogas.
