Este invenção faz parte de uma série de projetos a serem desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento que trazem criação, inovação e exclusividade portanto preceisam de proteção legal. Estes projetos tem por finalidade melhorar, ampliar e tornar mais popular o hábito de tomar tereré, que é tradicional, cultural e centenário.
