Um composto éster, representado pela fórmula em que R~ 1~ e R~ 2~ podem ser iguais ou diferentes e cada um representa um grupo alquila C1-C6, ou outros grupos especificados, que podem ser opcionalmente substituídos por um ou mais átomos de halogênio; e R~ 3~ representa um resíduo de ácido piretróide (um grupo resultante da eliminação do grupo carboxila do ácido piretróide), e uma composição pesticida contendo o composto éster como um ingrediente ativo.
