Patente de Invenção para : DISJUNTOR Um comutador elétrico possui um contato móvel 15 e um contato fixo 14. Um elemento 26 pode mover o contato 15 para ativar ou interromper o comutador. Uma trava incluindo um dispositivo móvel 16 controla o movimento inicial do elemento 26, porém o elemento 26 então move-se independentemente da trava. O dispositivo 16 pode ser movido para liberar a trava tanto manualmente, (por 31), ou por outros dispositivos. Estes outros dispositivos podem ser um eletromagneto 41; podendo ser também um corpo inerte 51, liberável de uma posição de repouso, em resposta a aceleração em excesso.
