"PRENDEDOR PARA CARTÃO TELEFÔNICO" é um objeto portátil, composto de três elementos ligados entre si, na seguinte ordem; uma garrinha (1) popularmente conhecida por piranha, que pode ser de metal ou plástico, uma corretinha (2) de 60 cms de metal ou cordão de tecido e um aro (3) de metal. Se destina ao usuário do telefone à cartão e da forma como foi idealizado e de como será usado, impedirá o esquecimento do cartão, o que acontece com muita frequência, mesmo com o alerta emitido pela caixa telefônica.
