A presente invenção é de um fixador e posicionador de mangueiras e/ou cabos próprio para ser instalado sem que haja necessidade de desmontar o conjunto de mangueiras e/ou cabos, proporcionando uma fixação firme e uniforme do conjunto, mantendo a estética adequada. O dito fixador é constituido por um disco com furo central (1), furos internos (2) tangentes ao furo central, fita de fixação e aperto (3), com ou sem adaptadores (4). Este também pode ser constituído de uma fita de fixação e aperto (3), espaçadores (17) fixos à fita de fixação e aperto, em substituição ao disco com furo central (1), com ou sem adaptadores (4).
