''DISPOSIÇÃO EM DECLÍMETRO'', que é um instrumento de medição formado por corpo (1) circular, provido de réguas planas (2 e 3), opostas, paralelas, de tamanhos diferentes, cuja parte frontal possue um mostrador (4) graduado, dotado de escalas (5) em graus e (6) em porcentagem, percorridas pelo ponteiro (7), com eixo fixado ao disco (8), acomodado numa cavidade (10) do corpo (1) dotada de uma porção limitadora (11), do percurso do pino (12) montado nesse disco (8) de material leve, dotado de uma arruela de chumbo (9), posicionado excentricamente na linha de centro do ponteiro (7).
