Pode ser ligado em qualquer das correntes para as quais tenha sido projetado, bastando acionar a chave seletora (7), fornecendo, assim, a corrente na tensão desejada, num multiconector (8). O sistema pode, também, ser usado para fabricar um adaptador, para transformadores convencionais.
