Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO DE FENTANIL ANÓDICA PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE LIBERAÇÃO DE ELETROTRANSPORTE PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO TRANSDÉRMIÇA DE UM SAL HALETO DE FENTANIL. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de liberação de droga de eletrotransporte aperfeiçoado para drogas analgésicas, por exemplo, fentanil e sufentanil. O fentanil/sufentanil é provido como um sal haleto solúvel em água (por exemplo, cloridrato de fentanil), preferivelmente contido em uma formulação hidrogel para uso em um dispositivo de eletrotransporte (10). De acordo com a presente invenção, o eletrodo doador (22) do dispositivo de liberação de eletrotransporte (10) é compreendido por prata e o reservatório doador (26) é substancialmente livre de fontes suplementares de íon cloreto e contém uma carga "em excesso" predeterminada de haleto de fentanil/sufentanil para evitar migração de íon prata com concomitante descoloração de pele.
