"PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS DE PROTEÇÃO QUÍMICA CONTRA O CÂNCER". Fontes vegetais de agentes de proteção química contra o câncer foram identificados e são extraordinariamente ricos em glicosinolatos, precursores metabólicos dos isotiocianatos. As fontes vegetais são utilizadas pata proporcionar um meio de dieta para reduzir o nível de carcinógenos em um mamífero.
