Abstract
"ENZIMA NITRILASE, MICROOGANISMO E PROCESSOS PARA CONVERTER ACRILONITRILA EM ACRILATO DE AMÔNIO E PARA DETECTAR UMA NITRILA". Novas enzimas de nitrilase são providas que tem Km a Ph 7,0 para acrlonitrila de 500 M ou abaixo. Novas enzimas também tem Ki a Ph 7,0 para acrilato de amônio de pelo menos 100mM. Em particular, novas nitrilases tem um valor da relação de referido Ki para o referido Km de pelo menos 200. As nitrilases particularmente preferidas são obteníveis de microorganismos Rhocodoccus rhodochrous NCIMB 40757 OU NCIMB 40833. Estas nitrilases podem ser usadas em processos para converter acrilonitrila em acrilato de amônio em forma de vapor ou aquosa e para detectar baixos níveis de nitrila em forma aquosa ou de vapor.
