"COMPOSTOS DERIVADO DO ÁCIDO FENILACÉTICO, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO E PROCESSO CONTRA PRAGAS DE ANIMAIS OU FUNGOS NOCIVOSM, E, USO DOS COMPOSTOS". Derivados do ;acido fenilacético de fórmula I (I) em que os substituintes e o índice têm os seguintes significados: X é NOCH~ 3~, CHCH~ 3~; Y é O, NR R^ 1^, R independentemente entre si, são hidrogênio e alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~; R^ 2^ é ciano,nitro, trifluorometila, halogênio, alquila e alcóxi; m é 0, 1 ou 2, sendo possível para os radicais R^ 2^ serem diferentes quando m for 2; R^ 3^ é hidrogênio, ciano, alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, haloalquila C~ 1-C~ 4~, cicloalquila C~ 3~-C~ 6~; R^ 4^, R^ 5^ e R^ 6^ têm os significados dados na reivindicação 1, e seus sais, um processo e intermediários para a preparação destes compostos e composições compreendendo que os compreende, para controlar pragas de animais e fungos nocivos.
