A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova composição isenta de vesículas, para o primeiro estágio de um processo de deformação permanente das fibras queratínicas que compreende, em um suporte cosmético apropriado, pelo menos umm composto do tipo ceramida em uma quantidade específica e pelo menos um agente redutor. A presente invenção se refere também a um novo processo de deformação permanente das fibras queratínicas utilizando a composição definida acima.
