Patente de Invenção: "ANTIBIÓTICOS DE CEFALOSPORINA" . A presente invenção inclui novos ácidos (7R)-7-(acilamino)-3-(ariltio)-3-cefem-4-carboxílicos ou seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis os quais exibem atividade antibiótica contra um amplo espectro de organismos incluindo organismos os quais são resistentes a antibióticos de -lactamo e são úteis como agentes antibacterianos. A invenção também se refere a novos intermediários úteis para a fabricação dos novos compostos da presente invenção e a novos métodos para a produção dos novos compostos e compostos intermediários.
