Abstract
"PROTEÍNA ANTIGÊNICA, USO DA MESMA, USO DE ANTICORPOS, KIT PARA USO EM UM PROCESSO, COMPOSIÇÃO, E, PROCESSOS PARA A DETECÇAO DE H. PYLORI, PARA O DIAGNÓSTICO DE INFECÇÃO POR H. PYLORI, PARA DETECÇÃO DE ANTICORPOS IGM CONTRA A FORMA COCCÓIDE DE H. PYLORI EM UMA CRIANÇA E PARA O CULTIVO DE FORMA COCCÓIDE DE H. PYLORI". A presente invenção provê uma nova proteína antigênica obtenível a partir da forma coccóide de H. pylori. O uso da proteína antigênica em processos para detecção de H. pylori, assim como na preparação de vacinas é também descrito. Um processo para cultivar a forma coccóide de H. pylori é também provido.
