Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA VAPORIZAR QUALQUER TECIDO DURO E QUAISQUER DEPÓSITOS SOBRE TECIDO DURO". Esta invenção refere-se a um aparelho e a um processo para vaporização de um tecido duro e de depósitos (36) sobre tecido duro (52). Um explorador (22) realiza varredura substancialmente contínua de uma área visada e direciona um feixe de laser pulsado (20) durante a varredura de modo a vaporizar porções da área visada para formar uma área visada vaporizada de um tamanho e formato desejados. Exemplos não-limitantes das aplicações incluem aqueles para realização de estapedectomia, perfuração dentária, vaporização de placa, e tratamento de cáries.
