Abstract
"MOLDAGEM POR INJEÇÃO DE UM COMPONENTE DE PNEU". Descrevem-se moldes para a moldagem por injeção de componentes de pneu tendo passagens de temperatura controlada levando para uma tubulação circundando cada cavidade de molde. A tubulação é posicionada para minimizar as linhas de solda do componente de pneu injetado. Adicionalmente, uma abertura de porta estreita entre a tubulação e a cavidade de molde proporciona uma temperatura elevada do material injetado para diminuir o tempo de cura do componente de pneu no molde. Os elementos de lâmina podem suportar e posicionar os componentes de pneu, tal como nos conjuntos de vértice de talão no molde. Esses componentes de pneu podem ser descarregados por um anel de descarregamento em comunicação com uma fonte de vácuo para empurrar o componente de pneu para fora do molde.
