ANTICORPOS ESPECÍFICO PARA PrP^ se^ NATIVOS Priônios são patógenos infecciosos que causam encefalopatias esponjiformes do sistema nervoso central em humanos e animais. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para obtenção de anticorpos que se ligam especialmente à isoforma do distúrbio degenerativo contagioso de ocorrência natural da proteína dos priônios (PrP^ se^) e a métodos para uso dos anticorpos para detectar PrP^ se^ em amostras.
