Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PREPARAÇÃO DE HEMOGLOBINAS DE GRAU FARMACÊUTICO POR TRATAMENTO TÉRMICO EM FORMA PARCIALMENTE OXIGENADA" . Durante a publicação de misturas de hemoglobina reticulada de grau farmacêutico de hemoglobina reticulada e de hemoglobina não-reticulada são aquecidas na presença de quantidades não-estequiométricas de oxigênio, resultado na precipitação seletiva da hemoglobina não-reticulada. Após a separação dos tetrâmeros não-reticulados precipitados, a hemoglobina reticulada que permanece no sobrenadante é purificada de modo que seja desnecessária uma etapa de purificação por cromatografia. Esta hemoglobina é altamente reticulada, absolutamente isenta de finos de cromatografia e tem um baixo teor de met-hemoglobina.
