Abstract
"FORMULAÇÃO SÓLIDA ESTÁVEL DE SAL DE ENALAPRILA E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DA MESMA". Descreve-se uma composição farmacêutica sólida, compreendendo enalaprila como o sal sódico, que é produzido por meio das etapas de: i) mistura de maleato de enalaprila com um veículo, um composto de sódio alcalino e água; ii) secagem da massa úmida e iii) processamento posterior da massa seca resultante em tabletes. Quando se adicionada água no processo mencionado acima, ocorre uma reação ácido-base que converte o maleato de enalaprila no sal sódio de enalaprila mais estável.
