Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO EMISSOR" . Um dispositivo emissor suscetível de emitir informações digitais na forma de sinais elétricos binários para um dispositivo receptor. Transistores N-MOS e transistores P-MOS são dispostos em pares. Cada par compreende um transistor P-MOS. O canal-N de um transistor N-MOS localizado em um par, e o canal-P de um transistor P-MOS localizado no mesmo par são conectados em paralelo, com isto uma gama de tensão de sinalização ampla é realizada.
