Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO DE FORMAÇÃO E PROCESSAMENTO DE IMAGENS PARA UTILIZAÇÃO COM UMA CÂMERA SEM PEÇAS MÓVEIS" . Um sistema de vigilância por vídeo (10) possui uma câmera equipada com uma lente de olho-de-peixe (20) possuindo um campo de visualização substancialmente hemisférico. O sistema implementa operações equivalentes às de panorâmica horizontal, inclinação e aproximação/afastamento de uma câmera convencional sem utilização de peças móveis. A lente (20) é montada verticalmente acima de um plano sob vigilância. A câmera produz uma imagem de olho-de-peixe (14) constituída por uma pluralidade de pixels. A imagem de olho-de-peixe (14) é distorcida devido às propriedades da lente de olho-de-peixe (20). O sistema corrige a distorção mapeando os pixels da imagem de olho-de-peixe (14) para coordenadas produzidas mediante a seleção de uma parte em particular de olho-de-peixe destinada a ser visualizada.
