Abstract
"SEMICARBAZONAS TENDO ATIVIDADE CNS E PREPARAÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS CONTENDO AS MESMAS" . Um composto de fórmula genérica (I) útil como um anticonvulsivo para desordens do sistema nervoso central onde: R^ 1^, R^ 2^, R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ podem ser idênticos ou diferentes e cada um representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou halogênio, ou um grupo alquila C~ 1-9~, ciclo alquila C~ 3-9~, ciano, alcoxi C~ 1-9~ ou ariloxi C~ 6-10~; R^ 5^ representa um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila C~ 1-9~, ciclo alquila C~ 3-9~ ou arila C~ 6-10~; e X é oxigênio ou enxofre, ou um seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável. O composto pode ser administrado oralmente para tratamento de convulsões em humanos ou animais.
