Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "DISPOSITIVO PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO TRANSDÉRMICA POR ELETROTRANSPORTE DE FENTANIL E SUFENTANIL" . A invenção proporciona um sistema de distribuição aperfeiçoado de distribuição de droga por eletrotransporte para drogas analgésicas, a saber, fentanil e sufentanil. O fentanil/sufentanil é proporcionado como um sal solúvel em água (por exemplo, hidrocloreto de fentanil), de preferência em uma formulação hidrogel, para uso em um dispositivo de eletrotransporte (10). De acordo com a presente invenção, uma dose distribuída por eletrotransporte transdérmico de fentanil/sufentanil é proporcionada, a qual é suficiente para se induzir a analgesia em pacientes humanos (por exemplo, adultos) soffrendo de dor de moderada a severa, associada com grandes procedimentos cirúrgicos.
