Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO PARA AUMENTAR O FLUXO POR ELETROTRANSPORTE DE POLIPEPTÍDEOS" . São fornecidos para modificar agente polipeptídeos para melhorar o fluxo por eletrotransporte trandermal dos mesmos. O polipeptídeo é modificado por redução do potencial do polipeptídeo para formar segmentos alfa-helicoidais ou beta-pregueados. Em particular, os resíduos de aminoácido que se sabe estabilizarem os segmentos alfa-helicoidais e quebradores de hélice conhecidos. São também fornecidas moléculas modificadas e composições que incluem as moléculas.
