Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A ESTERILIZAÇÃO CONTÍNUA DE LÍQUIDOS BIOLÓGICOS NÃO EMBALADOS, E, APARELHAGEM PARA EXECUTAR O PROCESSO". Um processo e uma parelhagem par a esterilização contínua de líquidos biológicos não embalados, particularmente leite e seus subprodutos, que contenham cargas bacterianas e esporiais, inclui as etapas de a) pré-aquecer gradualmente o líquido por meio de processo convencionais a uma temperatura entre 90°C e 140°C; b) irradiar produto com um campo eletromagnético com uma freqüência inferior a 1GHz, para rapidamente aquecer o produto a uma temperatura entre 145°C e 165°C, e com um gradiente térmico entre aproximadamente 0,1°C/s e 10°C/s; c) refrigerar o líquido a uma temperatura de aproximadamente 15°C antes de embalar o produto.
