Abstract
"PREPARAÇÃO DE ACILAMINOÁCIDOS DE METAIS ALCALINOS". Processo de preparação de aminoácidos de metais alcalinos, especialmente N-acilsarcosinatos de sódio. O processo da invenção elimina o uso de tricloreto de fósforo ou cloreto de tionila e cloretos de ácidos carboxílicos. O processo envolve reagir o N-acilaminoácido de metal alcalino diretamente com um ácido graxo em temperaturas elevadas, com constante remoção da água gerada na reação.
