Abstract
''PEPTÍDEO, PREPARAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA E USO DE UM PEPTÍDEO''. A invenção refere-se ao uso de peptídeo em uma terapia de tolerância induzida por peptídeo para a indução de tolerância de células T auto-agressivas associadas com doenças auto-imunes com destruição da cartilagem articular mediada por célula T, mais especificamente artrite. A invenção engloba em adição I) composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os citados peptídeos e 2) um processo de diagnóstico para a detecção de células T auto-reativas em uma amostra de teste, estando as citadas células T associadas com a destruição de cartilagem articular mediada por célula T em doenças auto-imunes e 3) Kits de teste a serem usados no citado processo.
