Abstract

"CELULASE, COMPOSIÇÃO CONTENDO A CELULASE, VETOR DE EXPRESSÃO, CÉLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROCESSOS PARA EXPRESSAR UMA CELULASE E PARA TRATAR TÊXTEIS E PASTA À BASE DE CELULOSE E COMPOSIÇÃO DETERGENTE" . A presente invenção provê uma composição de celulase obtenível a partir de Bacillus sp. CBS 670.93. Uma celulase preferida tem um peso molecular calculado de aproximadamente 50 kD, um ponto isoelétrico calculado de cerca de 4 e um pH ótimo em CMC de cerca de 6-10 a 40º C e cerca de 7 a 60º C.
