Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "INIBIDORES DE ASPAERTIL PROTEASE DE HETEROCICLO OXIGENADO CONTENDO SULFONAMIDA" . A presente invenção se refere a uma nova classe de sulfonamidas que são inibidores de aspartil protease. Essa invenção também se refere a composições farmacêuticas compreendendo esses compostos. Os compostos e composições farmacêuticas dessa invenção são particularmente bem adequados para inibir a atividade de protease de HIV-1 e de HIV-2 e, consequentemente, podem ser usados vantajosamente como agentes anti-virais contra os vírus HIV-1 e HIV-2. Essa invenção também se refere a processos para inibir a atividade de aspartil proteases de HIV usando os compostos dessa invenção.
