Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS PARA ADMINISTRAÇÃO CONTROLADA DE RECEPTORES SOLÚVEIS" . Composição farmacêutica liberada controlada inclui um material polimérico biocompatível, preferenciamente polietileno-vinil acetato ou poli (ácido lático-glucólico) possuindo um receptor solúvel no mesmo capaz de ligar ao seu ligante e desta forma afetando a função ligante. O receptor solúvel é preferivelmente a forma solúvel do receptor TNFalfa. Tais composições são para uso no tratamento de distúrbios em que a neutralização dos efeitos deletéricos de TNFalfa é necessário.
