Os componentes podem ser moldados em resina sintética com uma extremidade de tubo oferecendo um percurso em curva com uma parte inicial (32A) que começa axialmente e que é defletida para formar uma parte final (32B) possiundo uma certa inclinação; a referida parte final inclinada (32B) é muito curta e forma um assento para um bocal intercambiável (7) selecionável de uma série de bocais possuindo orifícios de passagem afunilados (76X, 76Y, 76Z) com diferentes inclinações e sendo todos acopláveis à deflexão (32C) da parte inicial (32A).
