Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ALGUNS COMPOSTOS IMIDAZOL 1,4,5-TRI-SUSBSTITUÍDOS UTILIZÁVEIS COMO CITOCINA". A presente invenção refere-se a certos imidazóis 5-(arila-opcionalmente substituída ou heteroarila) 4-(heteroarila opcionalmente substituída) 1-(heterociclila substituída ou heterociclilalquila) ou 1-alquila opcionalmente substituída ou alquenila, e derivados dos mesmos. Processos sintéticos para a preparação dos ditos imidazóis tri-substituídos são descritos. Os imidazóis acima mencionados são úteis para tratar doenças mediadas por citocina. Os compostos da invenção são incorporados em composições farmacêuticas para uso no tratamento de doenças relacionadas à citocina.
