A presente invenção trata de uma nova composição de uso tópico, mais particularmente destinada à fotoproteção da pele e/ou dos cabelos contra a radiação ultravioleta, bem como sua utilização no campo cosmético. Essa composição contém, em um suporte cosmeticamente aceitável, pelo menos um manopigmento de óxido de titânio e um acilaminoácido.
