Patente de invenção "SISTEMA PARA AMASSAMENTO E DIVISÃO DE MASSA PARA PÃES". A presente invenção, construida em material plástico, tanto a grade quanto o sistema de amassamento, podendo amassar e dividir quantidades para 20,30 ou 40 pães. A geometria da superfície de cada setor tende a dificultar a entrada de massa no interior da grade, quando pressionada a massa, que exercerá uma força (F) contra as lateriais de cada setor do sistema de amassamento.
