Patente de Invenção para "Sistema de atendimento automático de chamadas de testes e de encaminhamento", especialmente de um sistema de chamadas de testes de encaminhamento com informação por voz sintetizada e sinalização multifrequencial DTMF, do código de área, do prefixo e numeração do terminal da central telefônica que está sendo testada. Particularmente utilizável no estabelecimento de conexão interna em uma central telefônica e/ou entre centrais telefônicas; o sistema permite que o técnico da central telefônica seja auxiliado nas rotinas de testes de encaminhamento da central telefônica.
