Uma caixa de ligações elétricas (20) para a montagem em uma braçadeira (15) a qual tem uma corrediça (30) para o recebimento da braçadeira, e uma lingueta resiliente (34) engatável com aberturas (17) na braçadeira para localizar a caixa na mesma. A corrediça (30) inclui um dispositivo espaçador (37) impedindo o engatamento da lingüeta (34) em qualquer uma das aberturas como a caixa é deslizável sobre a braçadeira (15), outra em uma abertura pré-selecionada (18).
