Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "POLÍMERO DE SUBSTRATO PARA CRESCIMENTO DE CÉLULAR" . Esta invenção descreve polímeros de substratos para crescimento de células os quais compreendem um macromonômetro de fórmula I: Q - (PFPE-L)~ n-1~-PFPE-Q (I) onde n é pelo menos 1,0; cada PFPE poderá ser igual ou diferente e é um poliéter perfluorado de fórmula II: -OCH~ 2~CF~ 2~O(CF~ 2~CF~ 2~O)~ x~(CF~ 2~O)~ y~CF~ 2~CH~ 2~ O- (II) onde as unidades CF~ 2~CF~ 2~O e CF~ 2~O podem ser aleatoriamente distribuídas como blocos através de toda a cadeia e onde x e y podem ser iguais ou diferentes tal que o peso molecular do perfluorpoliéter se situe na faixa de 242 a 4.000, L é um grupo de ligação difuncional e Q em cada extremidade do macromonômetro é igual ou diferente e é um grupo polimerizável. Os polímeros de substrato para crescimento de células podem ser usados na produção de implantes corneanos.
