Patente de Invenção: "COMPOSTOS TRICÍCLICOS UTILIZÁVEIS PARA INIBIÇÃO DE FUNÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA G E PARA TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS PROLIFERATIVAS". Novos compostos de fórmula (1.0) são descritos. Também é descrito um processo para inibir a função Ras e assim inibir o crecimento anormal de células. O processo compreende a administração de um composto de fórmula (1.0) a um sistema biológico. Em particular, o processo inibe o crescimento anormal de células em um manmífero, como um ser humano.
