Patente de Invenção " AFASTADOR GRADEADO PARA CIRURGIA". Patente de invenção de um afastador para cirurgia, compreende uma superfície superior contendo um cabo de apreensão em sua face externa proximal e uma superfície inferior, formando em conjunto uma grade para apreensão de tecidos. A superfície superior é mais longa que a inferior, permitindo o movimento de alavanca. A superfície superior apresenta uma face externa levemente convexa onde se fixa proximalmente um cabo de apreensão, é semi-denteada distalmente e seus dentes são achatados. A superfície inferior é totalmente denteada, podendo ter os dentes achatados quando se deseja apenas a exposição do retalho, ou dentes cilíndricos quando o desejo é determinar a espessura do retalho cirúrgico.
