Patente de Invenção para "APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM MINI - CERVEJARIA", constituido por recipiente cozinhador/ classificador (1) e recipiente whirlpool (6) instalados de forma estacionária ou em caminhão como sala de cozimento itinerante, com a função de extrair de máteria prima o môstro, prepará-lo com adição de lúpulo, esterilizado e resfria-lo para fermentação, em tanque de fermentação/ maturação/ pressão (8) agregado ou não, para produzir de 125 a 150.000hl de cerveja caseira nos moldes de artesão e, com a vantagem de, para locais afastados, trnsportar somente a matéria prima a ser transformada pela sala de cozimento itinerante, em reduzindo o custo de transporte de cerveja.
